Standard Products
We make a select number of standard products for use in gas sensing applications. If you don't see it here, and can't find it elsewhere, we may be able to build it for you.
Available as an OEM circuit board, assembled and calibrated, the Model 1402 was intended for use with porous-electrode electrochemical sensors, but has since found use with many other sensor types and for some electrochemical applications. It is typically partnered with the Model 1401 Power Supply, and has been used as a building block in medium and large scale sensor testing systems. It features high sensitivity (1 nanoamp) and can drive up to 30 mA.
An indispensable tool for use in any lab dealing with gas sensors. The Model 1010 mixes gases in precise 1:50 to 50:1 ratios, without drift, for days or months at a time. It is commonly used to dilute higher concentrations of stock gases to arbitrary lower concentrations by dilution with air, nitrogen, or other gas. Mixing ratios are adjusted by a front panel dial, or remotely, using a data acquisition and control system. Many other uses have been found for the versatile Model 1010, such as controlling relative humidity in gas samples by mixing dry gas samples with water-saturated air.
Semicustom Sensor Control Boards
Designed and constructed to service most reactive chemical sensors, such as chemiresistor, sorptive polymer, composite polymer, metal oxide semiconductor, and capacitive sensors.
- Each board is custom designed, beginning with a similar pattern for similar sensor types.
- Boards will conform to sensor manufacturer's recommended circuit or circuit standards.
- Voltage output, scaled for customer's data acquisition system.
- Tested for electrical operation.
- Design supplied to customer for later manufacture.
- Excludes SAW sensors and other sensors requiring operating frequencies about 50 MHz. Excludes physical sensors such as photoacoustic or spectroscopic types.
Model 1430-X - For capacitive sensors, $700 each for one or two boards, $600 for three or more.
Model 1431-X - For chemiresistor, metal-oxide semiconductor, sorptive polymer, composite polymer, and many other sensor types. $500 each for one or two boards, $400 for three or more.
(The Letter 'X' part number will be assigned to individual customers at time of design and delivery.)
Power supplies, appropriate to individual board design and customer environment (may service more than one board) $100.
Gas Handling Accessories
For the convenience of customers, we carry a selected range of Tedlar sample bags, Luer fittings, tubing, cable kits, and other items of use to persons working with gas sensors. See the price list.
